Leaders, the people of many qualities.

Leaders are defined by many terms. The person I consider a leader may not be a leader for someone else. There are many leaders who have a different type of followership. They represent different ideas and goals.

But the fact is that most of the leaders have the same characteristics and qualities that separate them from the crowd. Things that make those people who they are, that is leaders.

The discussion on leaders in the classroom gave the ideas about leaders in the industry. The qualities that are required for being a leader or being a follower were also discussed. The exercise of analyzing the qualities of a leader and introspecting gave clear ideas about where I stand. A leader or a follower?

Through the interactive session in class, most of the students were identified as leaders. I have had a lot of experience being a leader. I was assigned as the leader many times in school clubs and groups. It gave me a lot of opportunities to exercise power and exhibit the leader skills in me. I used this experience to reflect upon when I was asked questions in class. finally helped me identify myself as a leader. As mentioned in the class by the lecturer that there is no good or bad leader but just a leader, I guess I was a leader and I feel everyone at least once in their life should experience such a title and take up the chance see if they have what it takes to be a leader.

Who can not say that the next Gandhi or Steve Jobs is already out there but still undiscovered?
